I have a few that size. Beautiful one you got there. If they are happy with ample algae and no predation, they’ll get big.I thought I had one but apparently there are two and they’re huge! The picture doesn’t do it justice is over an inch in length. How big do these guys get?![]()
I’m definitely going to try and transfer them to my new tank once it’s ready!I have a few that size. Beautiful one you got there. If they are happy with ample algae and no predation, they’ll get big.
Nice! Just be careful when you try to transfer them. They are really stubborn and will hold their ground firmly. You could coax them into a net or a spoon/cup. Just don’t try to yank them off as their shells are delicate and will break.I’m definitely going to try and transfer them to my new tank once it’s ready!

Yes they do that all the time.My one and only stomatella is a lil over an inch long now. When I discovered him on a frag I brought home, it was less than 1/2” long. Seen him “standing” on his foot the other day as if he was trying to reach something.
He is for sure on of my favorite creatures in my tank. I think the one I like the most is my skunk cleaner shrimp. I had no idea a shrimp could have so much personality.Yes they do that all the time.
I saw the same thing! They are fascinating little creatures to watchMy one and only stomatella is a lil over an inch long now. When I discovered him on a frag I brought home, it was less than 1/2” long. Seen him “standing” on his foot the other day as if he was trying to reach something.
