Huge tank question

Hello everyone
rough estimate, how much does a 400 gal system (sump, skimme, 3 led light, stand and canopy ) plus live sand and rock and a snowflake eal goes by?

This question does not have a single answer, it would depend entirely on the desired equipment. I recommend you do a little research on tank manufacturers and equipment to get a better idea of costs.
