Looks swollen is it? If it is it will go down and clear up on its own do long as nobody is picking on him. If it's not it could be flukes or a bacterial infection. If he's twitching his head or fins, darts around more than what would be considered normal for a trigger, scrapes on rocks or gravel (no signs of ich) will be flukes. If it's none of the above then it will most likely be a bacterial infection.

Yeah its swollen and hes the only fish in there and no twitching head hes not him self for now hes been hidding alot

in your first pic. under full mag. right behind his mouth it looks like some kind of parasite has attached to him.I count 5 of them.

If it's swollen it may just be popeye however that will usually happen when they get hurt due to fighting or dodging too quickly between the rock work and getting hurt. If he's alone that might not be the case. I can't see anything on his eyes but then again my vision isn't that great. If it is popeye it will go away on its own. If it's a parasite he will need meds/antibiotics. If it's parasites and you don't treat quick enough your fishy could go blind.

If it's just one eye that's swollen, then as mentioned above it's probably due to injury. Fish get "popeye" in one eye because it swells due to trauma... "popeye" in both eyes usually denotes infection and requires antibiotic treatment.

What I would do in your case is dose some Epsom salt (1 tablespoon per 5 gals). Epsom salt is is just magnesium sulfate, making it reef safe, and should help the swelling go down.
