i have some shrimp in my freezer and the only ingredients are water salt and the obvious shrimp, i want to feed it to my reef but im not familiar with ingredients to be cornered of? any suggestions

They are fine, but not as good as they could be if they are just tails. The whole shrimp are better to feed, especially larger fish.
just the tails already de shelled and stuff i was gonna chop it up tiny and feed it to my pair of dragonets they love mysis figured maybe theyd like little pieces of shrimp

It won't hurt, but it won't be as good as the mysis. The guts, brains, etc. have stuff in them that just the tails do not. I would caution not to make this the main part of the diet, but some as a treat might be fun.

I feed raw shrimp and raw crab. The shrimp i got frozen, got it thawed and then diced the shrimp and crab. My fish go crazy for it all.
