Humane way to kill my pygmy hawk

Sorry for the bad photo, my pygmy hawk has been fine for 8 months until 2 days ago he suddenly stopped eating and is now not able to control his movements so I’ve put him in this container for now. I really don’t want to keep him suffering for long but I don’t have any clove oil, what should I do?
