Looking for some clarification on this as I have not seen Bobby on in some time. This is humblefish's QT protocol:
  1. Chloroquine phosphate (15 mg/L) or chelated copper (1.75 ppm) + metronidazole (6.6 mg/L), dependent upon species.
  2. Praziquantel (2.5 mg/L), dosed 2x about 1 week apart.
  3. Kanamycin (10 mg/L) + Nitrofurazone (6.6 mg/L) every other day for the first 10 days.
  4. Food soak metronidazole + fenbendazole every day for 2-3 weeks. Until I no longer see white stringy poo.
I know he has been doing 15 days at therapeutic levels for step 1 then transferring to a new sterile QT 10ft away, so when would the other steps begin? Im pretty sure prazi and CP or copper should not be combined, so does prazi begin immediately after step 1? Is it safe to combine steps 3 and 4 with 1 and 2?

Im also aware that chelated copper should be elevated to 2ppm per a tread by 4fordfamily about the velvet strain that survived 1.75ppm

That's mostly correct as far as the protocol. You can combine praziquantel with CP or copper if you so desire. I would only do so in the form of GC.

I typically wait till post copper/CP to use Prazipro. Unless there is a really bad fluke infestation then I would proceed with GC during copper.

Antibiotics wouldn't be used prophylactically. Only if an infection is present.

I use the food soaked with meds during the copper or CP treatment.
