Hunch backed wrasse

Hey every one, I have a wrasse, that over the last year has gained quite the hunch back. Is this normal? He’s a red fin fairy wrasse, about 3-4 years old. This photo was taken a little while ago, but you can see the hump, I’m waiting for my wife to send me a updated photo
