so I have known about these snails for awhile but could never get a decent pic till today hopefully nothing bad any input would be appreciated thanks

Could also be young Turbo sp.. Most of the Turbo snails hide during the day. Adults depose transparent clumps of spawn from which young snails hatch. Excellent algae eater.
