that's true but there are people with dementia, mental handicaps and other various issues that live alone and don't understand some things like that, not just "dumbdumbs" out there. I was helping our church set up a generator this morning and the pastor was worried about who would know to come and who wouldn't, some people didn't even know there was a storm coming, yesterday the major grocery stores were out of bread and water and thats only some of the issues, so hopefully everyone has someone to help and guide them through whatever trouble they encounter. everyone needs help sometimes

I laughed when I saw this morning bread, eggs, milk were all gone but bleach was not. As for those who can’t help vs won’t help themselves, the former group is by far the majority. There are people left out in the rain so to speak, pun intended, but that falls on their dumbdumb care providers. I was deployed for Katrina and may be for this. 20:1 the fatalities/casualties were self inflicted able bodied people to actual compromised individuals.

Love the state but worst thing we did here for the state as a whole was get rid of all the State Medical Response Teams (SMRT).

Either way former stay applies. Stay safe and don’t be a dumbdumb.
