I Had my 4th or so Koralia powerhead take a dive on me this year monday while i was out of town for a few hours... Well yesterday I was on the hunt for a replacement. I went to the lfs closest to me, which doesn't sell your products.. They wanted $32 for a USED old model Koralia 1, which is the exact same pump i was in the process of finding a replacement for. I wasn't about to go down that road again as the pumps that have gone out on me this year ranged from used pumps I had bought from fellow hobbiests, to a brand new Evolution750, which was never hooked up to a wavemaker to have had issues stemming from that. The evo750 lasted me less than 6 months. I clean my pumps regularly as well so i was pretty bummed about that. Well since i wasn't going to pay ridiculous prices for a product that i wasn't happy with to begin with, I drove across town to the store where I know the owners and they do sell your products. For $40, only $8 more than the other store wanted for a used Koralia1, I picked up a brand new nanostream 6015. After 1 day I can tell you that this pump outshines my Evo750 on its best day. I love everything about it. It creates more movement in my entire 20g than the 750 did in my old 12g hands down. The design is better, its smaller, and the ability to rotate it to ANY direction is amazing. Never again Hydor, Never again! Thanks Tunze for creating such a great product. I cant wait to save up for a 6055 with a controller. I am definitely one satisfied customer.
