Hybrid lighting and the PAR you run?

I'm running the AQUATIC LIFE T5 HO HYBRID 4-LAMP with 2 Kessil AP 700's on my 120 reef. Interested in those of you that have par meters, what par you are running at the beginning of the 2/3 area and up!

Curious how you run your daily schedule? I've been running mine with a 1 hr ramp up (actinic t5's turn on 15 minutes into the ramp up), run them both then for 5 hours of peak light, with a 1 hr ramp down (actinic t5's turn off 15 min into down ramp) to just ap700's for the remaining hours.
