Looks more like a regal with aberant paterns

Agreed. Aberrant, not hybrid. It is a nice fish not common, and I certainly wouldn't say nothing fancy about it...

Misbar regal angels do show up from time to time ... a few per year or so. Because they're unusual, they can command a somewhat higher asking price than a standard regal. This guy's pretty extreme on the misbar scale, but I'm not the guy who sets the prices . . .

$350-400 would be appropriate for a true red sea misbar. More importantly is it eating? Regals are notoriously difficult to get acclimated and eating.

It's beautiful but I've never seen a misbar Regal sell for that much locally. There is probably someone somewhere that will pay that much though.
True Red Sea yellow belly are expensive. Misbar is plus $50-100. $500 isn't bad, look at live aquaria for non misbar.

Gray belly regal are around $100 I'm assuming that's what you're comparing to. They're also very tough to keep alive. Both are tough but indo or gray bellies are especially so.
