Hybrid T5 fixture help!

Hey all

I just got this thing in the mail. I put it together, popped the brand new bulbs in and this happens when I plug it in. I switched bulbs and sockets around.. and nothing.

If you can’t open the video the corner of the bulb lights and and then died down..

I can’t see the video but I think I know what you are describing. When this happens to me it’s usually a bad bulb. Try swapping the bulb with the other side of the fixture to see if the same thing happens with the same bulb on the other side.

Just did. They’re all good bulbs. All brand new. It lights up on one corner and then it stops.

If had this happen on a new bulb a few times now. Don’t assume that because it is new that it actually works.
When you swap the bulbs does the same bulb exhibit the same behavior on the other side? Just trying to determine if the problem follows the bulb or not.

Same issue with my and it was a bulb. Called brs and they sent a new one.

So I figured it out.. After switching all possible bulbs around I realized two are bad. Hope to get replacement this week. :/
