George = looking good. How is the foot healing up ? So glad you didn't hit yourself with the sledge in the review video. Pretty easy to do balancing on just one foot. I need to call your Acrylic guy and ask if he has any sump kits ready for a 75 gallon sump or if he plans on making them. That is a cool looking sump set up - "The Green Hornet SUMP".

Here is a piece I have been trying to get a good pic of for a loooong time. The Turbo21 Rainbow Acans, I absolutely love these. I got them years back and when under radions they were green and yellow. Then I switched to radiums and they started to color up. I recently put them in my frag tank under t5s and they just exploded with color!

No filters. Just using my Canon Rebel xti with tamron 90mm Macro. I also used a 30mm extension tube this time around. I shoot in RAW with ISO around 400 and f-stop around 5-6. Also shot free hand, I didn't feel like busting out the tripod lol. I do a little post editing to clean up the pics a bit but that's about it really.

Ok I'm pretty sure I have the same camera but wasn't shooting RAW

Also I use the stock white balance of either 6k or 5k, depending on the situation.

Everything is looking great! I wish there reefers like you in my area to help me out! I'm new to the hobby and trying to find good deals on equipment right now. I'm planning on doing a 100gal rimless tank for my first tank. Eventually upgrading to a 84" tank. I'm stoked to get into the hobby!

You're welcome good sir! The only thing with all the information from all these people can be overwhelming, especially for a newbie like me. I know different people have different approaches to situations that arise, and when someone is genuinely trying to help and other people don't agree with them then it starts a war on here.

Nothing major to update here, just a boring package from BRS showed up today

3 new filter socks (I usually order new ones every few months) and a replacement solenoid for my milwaukee regulator. The old solenoid quit working on me this past Friday, but I was able to dial in a bubble count that kept the ph where I wanted it for the time being.

My only issue I've noticed with the way it is now is that when my halides come on the ph in the reactor rises too quickly for the steady flow of co2 I have it on, but at night during lights off it stays perfect. I'll get this installed later today.
