For a Geo's? I'm not sure since they don't make these all the time. You would need to contact them and ask for a custom skimmer for your system and what they recommend.

I see.. Haha. I'm actually making a list of equipment pieces right now.
1. Melev's Reef 150GPD RO/DI unit.
2. Apex Controller w/ standard PH Probe.
3. Tunze Osmolator Universal 3155 ATO.
4. Geo's Reef Skimmer.

What would you recommend for power heads, and return pump?

I swapped out the solenoid on the regulator just now and instantly I saw what was wrong with the old one.
As you can see the actuator on the left is stuck in the down position which kept it from being able to turn on and off. Also the new solenoid's power supply came in the opposite way than the old one. So I unscrewed and swapped the plugs. Very strange, the new one required the plug to be in the down position and was hard to mount because it kept hitting the co2 bottle. I wonder why they changed the design?

It's now back online and fully operational. No more ph rising in the reactor when the halides are on haha.

Not a bad start...
You should sit down and figure out a budget and then go from there. You can get return pumps that start at $60 and go all the way up to $2500.

I've read mixed reviews on EcoTech pumps, and I've read nothing but good reviews about Eheim. Can the Eheim be controlled by the Apex System?

We talking return pumps here? The answer is yes, the ehiem can be controlled by turning it on and off by the apex same as the vectras. The vectra can't be controlled by the apex like the radions and vortechs though.

Yes sir, I'm scatter brained right now trying to get my list put together. Haha. Which Vortech Power heads would you recommend for my tank? It'll be 48" x 24" x 20".Vortechs, haven't you read my thread? Lol
