Hydor ato issues

I ordered a hydor ato system and the alarm was constantly sounding then quit working all together. Contacted the company and they sent me another one and it is doing the same thing? My question is has anyone else had this issue with this product and can maybe someone point me in the right direction of a good ato system

When you installed it did you run the calibration?

This ato uses a temp sensor as the water level sensor. When your tank temp is close to your house temp, you will get inconsistent performance. Get a different ato system, its poorly thought out to use a temp sensor for this application.
