I know many aren't fans of these pumps because they're large and not fully controllable; I've had nothing but great experiences dealing with this company. It doesn't matter how old the pump is or what goes out (save the motor), they always replace it for me free of charge. Last week I emailed them because *I* (*MY FAULT*) accidentally washed metal pins for two of my nano pumps down the sewer drain. I was just asking where I could buy replacements, if possible. Last night when I got home, a box with the replacements I needed (plus extras) had already been delivered to my door step. And they have replaced covers, impeller shafts, etc. for my other koralia pumps in the past... always free of charge (not even shipping).
I realize these pumps are not on par with Ecotech or Tunze... but so long as they keep providing outstanding customer service like this, Hydor has earned a customer for life in me!
