Hello
I given a brand new hydor nano skimmer as a wedding gift from my hydor rep. I set it up and it worked great nice and quite. Went to do a water change a week later and notice it was not working anymore. So I took it out of my tank and checked all parts nothing clogged made sure valve was open and hose was not pintched no issues. Took apart the pump just to make sure all was good everything looked fine. Pluged in pump just to make sure it was working and the impeller is moving. Put the skimmer back together put it back in the tank made sure it was at the right level and it still not working no bubbles or anything does not even seen like it moving water. Already contacted the rep he said we can try to replace the pump not sure if that will work as this pump is clearly moving and working any suggestions thank you.
