Does anyone have the hydor seltz d 500? Or does anyone know the specs on it? I know it’s 500 gph but what is it’s minimum? I’m looking to upgrade my return pump and get something I can use on a future larger (not too much larger) tank. I have a 20 gallon and I have the eshopps nano overflow which can only handle 200 gph and I was wondering if this pump, turned all the way down, would drop to 200. Thanks in advance.

Bump, curious to see any reviews ! I have the same question

Following, was wondering about this pump for my 20 gal with 10 gal sump

IDK if you got a pump yet, but I just got a message from BRS saying the lowest setting would produce around 100 GPH. I'm doing the same setup you are (Same overflow on a 20 gallon) and I think this is going to be the pump I get.

I actually just purchased it and I’m waiting for it to come. Your post got me so hyped!

Nice! I'm waiting for mine to arrive as well. BRS had an open box one I swooped up the other day. Excited to see what it can do!

Did you get your pump yet? Mine works great but has a pretty loud hum. It's a little disappointing. I'm waiting for a response from BRS Let me know if you have the same issue.

no I’m not experiencing any hum but I thought maybe it would be too powerful for my overflow but it’s still on dribbling out of my return line so I’m pretty upset about that.

Dang, what size line are you running? I have 3/4 pvc on my sump inlet and outlet, pump control at the 4th bar and its keeping up no problem. I am sending it back to see if they will exchange for a quiet one though.

I had 1/2 inch on there and just upgraded to 3/4. Now I have great flow but I’m on the 3rd bar. When I go to the 4th the pump gets loud and has almost a whistle Noise
