Hydor Slim Skim Nano?

I just recently purchased the above skimmenr for Waterbox Cube 10 AIO. The impellar does not seem to spin properly. The magnet is not conneted to the impeller shaft. Is this normal it seems kind of weird and the impeller barely spins.

Contact Customer Service with your purchase info, it sounds like you need a replacement impeller. [email protected]
