Hey buddy thanks for the reply, I ended up buying a new hydor as no one had a used one for sale. I like the hydor because of how small and sleek the probe is.

Yea never thought of one before... I've been manually topping it off every morning but it's getting annoying especially when I'm running late for work. Figured since it takes about 1/3 gallon every morning it might be doing something to the salinity. Thanks!

hah, only 1/3 gallon daily. whats that like a 40G tank?

the 120 goes thru about 1-1 1/2G a day. so glad I got an ato on that tank. still top off the 30nano by hand.
