Hydor Support Issue - How to contact?

So I have a Hydor Smart Level ATO that isn't working properly and need to contact their support. The problem is I get no response from the automated chat bot on their website, all support emails are no longer working and have a bounce back, and their 1-866-493-6787 toll free number is not in service. Any ideas?
