Hi every one, just wondering what you guys recommend for LPS under hydra 26? I’ve taken the radion AB+ and modified it myself, using less UV than they recommend as the trachy I’ve got has started to lose flesh, also is it true it’s recommended a higher blue output for LPS is better than white? I’ll attach a screenshot of my peak lighting and schedule.

All help is appreciated as I’m new to these lights and LPS such as Scolymias and trachyphyllia

My tank is a EA 600 reef so 60x50x45cm the light is approx 8-9” off the waters surface

Gradually take up the uv too much isn't good at once and keep red and green to a minimum

From what I’ve read the UV might be the issue with the trachy, too much UV has caused it to retract

My trachy is doing good sps too I'm trying too accomplish a mixed reef tank

Same here, currently stocking some branching SPS frags but a lot of LPS, zoa, GSP, acan, Xenia, favia, mushrooms

Give it some time as long as skin isn't blowing off or you begin to see skeleton

Did you make your own schedule and if so how’d you do it on the smart phone? I need to be able to change the ramp up and down don’t i?

Add amino acids to the water if you have and if you can dip it
