I’m going to be purchasing an aquatic life t5 fixture for my 60g cube. Has anyone done this? My lighting schedule right now for the hydra is pretty intense. I’m assuming I’m going to want to bring it down. Currently it’s 4 hours ramp up and down and 4 hours at peak. I’m thinking of having the t5s on at peak, is this best practice ?

That is the exact set up I previously had on my Waterbox 70.2. I just upgraded lights to a Radion/ReefBrights set up.

When I did have that the par was super high after adding the T5s. I would highly recommend using/getting a par meter and test before you add the T5 and again after. I will say the T5 made a HUGE difference in my tank. I highly recommend it!
