Hydra 26 HD Question

So i just got my two Hydra 26 HD yesterday. I really like the lights but starting to have issues already. First the app stopped letting me control the light when on local only on cloud. then this morning the Child light is not responding at all. Has anyone had issues like this before? Any suggestions? I work in IT and i'm pretty good with my wireless i have 3 Cisco Wireless APs covering my house.

Ha, I was having a issue with pairing when I first set mine up, have you done a firmware update? I put in a support ticket and basically what they had me do is delete the lights, unplug/reboot and repair the lights. I used the app to pair them and I used the web browser to do everything else.

Are you controlling them with the smart phone app or your homes WIFI with a laptop?

They used to have home wifi issues but I don't know if it got resolved?

Most people like myself ran them with the smart phone app.

I had some friends that plugged in wifi booster's next to their reefs and it really helped too.
