Hi
I have a 37 gallon column tank measuring 20 x 18 x 25. My hydra is at a 9” height from the top of the water. My question is at what settings should I have my hydra on. I presently have the settings below. If anyone can guide me in putting it on the best settings, please help. I have zoas, favia, leather coral, montipora, torch, and a few other mixed soft corals. I recently had my tank drilled and I had put everything in a 29 gallon until the project was done. What I noticed was that my corals seemed a happier with the same settings on a 19” high tank.
They don’t seem to be doing bad, but they definitely had more pop at a lower height.
I know I need to adjust the settings, but I don’t want to go overboard. If anyone has a suggestion, please let me know.
