Hydra 26 hd won’t come on

Hi I had my lights turned off for a hour or so plug them back on and the child Keep dropping off ..
So I did a reset on the child after this they went through a firmware update.. they are now linked but won’t work on the schedule however if I press play on play to see my schedule they work then back go back to no lights on ... HELP
Luckily I have t5 hybrid so I have some light

Yeah I have been at it all night the child stay on for 20 minutes or so then knocks off ... had them 11 months and no problems .. it’s also the schedule I’m worried about to . Thanks

Might have to contact support and see if they can reboot it from there.
