Whatever you want them to be. Most popular option is to run the Coral Labs AB+ program that BRS figured out.

I saw another post, you posted. A little more information on your light s please, HD's or regular hydra's? you have a 17" deep tank?

Oh i have mostly softies but a few lps (3 hammers and 2 torches ).

When I started with mine I started with a simple settings and started looking around like your are for settings

My system is 18" deep and I have a mixed reef with SPS(medium to high light), chalices(low light) Monti's (medium to high light) and so on

R these settings ok or should I change them ?

They’re fine, however I would suggest a little more ramp time. Going from darkness to peak sunlight doesn’t seem ideal. Here’s mine, which runs Coral Labs AB+ during the day and cuts the whites out when I get home.
