Does anyone know what the pink/purple led indicator means? I check the code manual and is not listed. Power reset and fan is spinning but no schedule.

1. Try unplugging and re-plugging in (unless thats what you mean by power reset).
2. How old is it?
3. Has it ever worked?
4. Do the lights ever come on? Have you tried using the manual control options

Thanks, someone on their fb page said it could be an issue with the main board. I did reached out to AI customer service and I’m awaiting a response.

Yes, it just stopped running the schedule

No manual control only app and doesn’t connect or respond to factory reset.
