Hey, I’m wondering what the par numbers on my hydra 26hd are. The light is 10” above the tank. The tank is 19” high. The top of the rocks are roughly 4” down. Here is the schedue. Hopefully someone can help :)

I really just wanna make sure the top of the rocks is getting atleast 350 par with about 100 par on the sand bed

The BRS settings 118 101 82 65 6,5, 20 Gave around 380-420 at the surface and 200-220, 12 inches under water. Assuming a linear drop off, and your stronger white setting you should be close if not high.
I still had 150 160 at sand 21 inch down but possibly due to overlap from other Hydras.

With all blues at 65 and 20 others. Top 380,
300 6 inch down
200 12 inch.
120 bottom center and 90-100 to outer edges of light swath. 21 inch deep.

Open top with pumps on. Averages taken. Readings with Seneye.

Thank you! I figured the whites bumped up would put it where I should be

My settings are at the bottom on pic left to right, starting with UV.
Meter only cost £5 to hire but gives me a good idea of par.
I also have a net but no diffusers
Good luck
I find those par readings very high for the settings being used. I have 2 Hydra 26's on my reefer 250.
I ran the BRS AB+ schedule and was getting nowhere near that PAR. 200 or less on top of my rockwork 8'' under the surface.
I have now maxed out all 4 blue channels and my corals, especially my acros, are doing much better.
