Hydra 26hd settings for Macro tank

I broke down my Nuvo 20g that I was neglecting and have set up a Fluval 13.5g as a macro tank. I can use the stock light but have opted for my Hydra 26hd. I have mostly red macros other than a couple green and also have some nems in the tank. What spectrum and % should I run the light?

Currently have it ramping up throughout the day from a 6500k to a 10000k, but wanting to know if there is better settings I should be using. Also have it ramping up to 65% and fixture is 14" above tank. Looking for suggestions please.
