Hydra 32 confusion

I have (2) Hydras AI Lights and one is being difficult. This is my second tank since my last problem. I've reset it broke it down. all that good stuff, but eventually it just off again. Am I missing something?

One is the parent and remaining is the child
Assure they are assigned as such
