Hydra 32 Connection Issue

Anyone have any experience with...
MyAI app does not show new Hydra 32 LED when scanning for equipment. Downloaded app, created account, Selected + symbol on welcome screen. Selected Nero/AI Light. Created name for new tank, Next page is "Devices Found" and nothing comes up. Light is flashing blue/green on light. I have performed factory reset on light. I have cycled power to phone and lights. I have uninstalled app and re-installed. I have unpaired all other BT devices on my phone. I am using an Android Galaxy 9 if that matters.

Very frustrated. Can anyone help?
 
Same problem here with 3 brand new hydra 32. I tried with two Samsung phones . Are you solved?

The light should be giving out a host signal, disconnect from your homes wifi and connect to the lights signal, then do the setup :)

So I finally figured it out. Make sure that your location services is turned on along with the BT....that is what fixed it for me.
 
I ope to install tomorrow and I will take a photo, for now here is one screenshot of one of my hydra updating through the cell phone

I had the same problem with my galaxy 9 and my s20.
The answer is check you location is turned on. It worked straight away after turning it on.
 
I am having the same issue when trying to connect to a 32HD from an iPhone. My Bluetooth and Location services are switched on. I bought this light used.

I tried factory resetting the light and reinstalled the app.

Any solution for the iPhone?
 
I am having this same problem. Both location settings and Bluetooth is turned on, so is wifi. I can’t get my lights to connect to my phone along with the Ai app, any help would be appreciated
 
I will try that tomorrow!! Yes, at first it was the red and teal light but then it switched to the blue and green light so I assumed nothing was wrong. That must be it, hope it works
