Hydra 32 diffuser

I just ordered one for my hydra 32 from 3Dreefing for the heck of it and see what good it does. Is the prismatic diffuser sheet that comes with it as good as it gets? Is there better that I can replace it with?
 
Not that I found. This guy built his own from P95 frosted acrylic.

I believe the radions use the frosted as well on their diffusers. Might have to get some and see if there’s a difference compared to what comes with the diffuser. I’ll have a par meter as well when I do all this.

Yes, the Radion diffuser is a polymer bracket with a thin frosted sheet that attaches via 4 magnets (the attachment method is a blessing when taking it off and a curse when you're cleaning and accidentally knock the diffuser into the tank). That thin sheet does cut PAR back by probably 10-15% and I don't get as much of the 'shimmering' effect).
