Typical of AI primes and hydras to melt. You will need to use that warrent if it is still good or send it to the manufacturer. The lense itself can be replaced for cheap. Was the fan cleaned out with compressed air regularly? What percentage did you run each channel?

fans were clean . cw-35 blue 100 -Royal blue 100- green-10 - uv-25- v-100- dark red 15 - moon light -25
