If an individual channel doesn't work, it could be due to burned out LEDs, corrosion on the LED module, issues on the main board or a combination of the above.

I bought it from someone off of here and they haven’t responded. Never told me about the greens not working

To be honest, if that's the only light that's not working I wouldn't sweat it. I've been using Primes for over 5 years and I can't remember the last time I used them. I have a mixed tank with three of them.

Yeah but just would be been nice if the seller told me they aren’t working

That happened to me too, and I had a much bigger problem with the light desynchronization, I ended up having to get a new light it was still a problem  :

I feel your frustration. Don’t be to bummed, if everything else is good it’s not a total loss. It just goes down on the experience ledger. I’ve been tempted to buy off the forum so many times I’ve lost count and something always holds me back. Stuff like this does not make my prospects of buying any better. Maybe the seller just hasn’t been on. Can you return it and get refunded by PayPal?

I’ll just wait for the seller to respond, not much I can do . I just wanted to see if it was a known issue with the 32s or it was an easy fix

Generally no to either. But fixing depends on ones skill set.
For some people I'm sure the fix would be easy.

As stated above really no big loss though psychologically annoying and of course $ frustrating.
Green diodes besides being horribly inefficient aren't really needed. Plenty of green in white diodes.
If the seller knew you should have been told.

Finally found a way to contact the seller. Now he’s saying that the light was perfectly working when he sent it out and then went on about how he sold thousands of dollars of equipment on this site. Bring defensive for no reason
