Hydra 32 or 64?

Hi everybody. My tank is finally ready (built), so it is time to purchase the light. The tank will host sps and lps, and it’s 60x65x45(h) cm. I don’t know if I should buy the AI Hydra 32 or the 64... advice?

A 32 should be fine. Anything such as a hydra 32, kessil a360we, or reef LED 90 should work and they are all in that price range.

Hey so what light did you end up going with I’m currently running 2 26hd on my 48x24x30t and was curious what light you chose and how’s it’s doing so far.

Hi, I finally got the Hydra 64. It is probably over powered for the size of my tank, but I can always decrease the power if needed. The light looks amazing, the app as well. Can t give you a feedback on the animals coz I haven’t got any yet, tank started on August 2nd so this is just day 20....

Ok cool ya I have a 64 I had bought I realized your tank is in cm but ya mine is 30 inches tall so I’m not exactly sure thinking may need to just rent a par meter to test. I noticed my 26hd was starting to bleach a monti a that’s about 12 inches under water and lights are I believe around 12 above.

Ya I seen that video my 26hd seem to be hitting the bottom and everything seems to be growing slowly but fine. I may just turn around and sell the 64 and purchase 2 32s I. Replace of the 26s.

What happened with the lights? I have a 30inch deep tank and am looking at the 64's or 32's for a mixed reef. I've considered 2 64's, 1 64 and 1 32, or 2 32s.
