Has anyone had issues where one channel will not power up fully? Went to bed last night, lights fine, today royal blue comes on but won't power up all the way like normal. I'm using the Saxby setting but with a raised percentage since my lights are 17" above the surface over a 220g. My lights are less than a year old. I have already done multiple resets and removed the device from the roster several times with no luck. I have a call out to customer service but it's the weekend so won't hear back till Monday.

AI has good support. Thats probably your best bet, especially since the light is new

So today I was not working and had a chance to watch the light come on. It came on like normal. When it hit the first curve in the Saxby setting, it started flickering but stayed through to about the 40-50% mark and then the royal blues dimmed and the rest of the channels stayed fine. I've touched the light and felt the air and nothing feels anything but room temperature. Could this be faulty diodes or a resistance issue?

What should I expect from ai customer service? Will they send me a replacement or will I have to pack this all up? My corals are attached to the rocks on that side.

Their customer service is excellent. If the light is under warranty they will likely send you a replacement while you hold onto the current light. Gotta send back the defective unit of course with prepaid label they include with replacement.
