Hydra 32

Anyone else ever had one of there 32 give them a timeout request.... the light went out and won’t come back on

You could try a basic reset, but I’ve bumped the thread to see if anyone can be more specific with help for you.

Ive got the Hydra 26’s and any problems I just unplug them and let them reset, but they’ve been ok so far.

Do you have any status lights on at all? If yes, I'd recommend a good reset first. Just follow AI's instructions. Then follow the initial wifi set up process. If no status light, this might be a hardware problem.

I tried a reset several times .... even removed them from the app an reinstalled them. But the one that’s out wouldn’t sync back.... but good news got home from work and they were both on. Idk ‍

Both were on when I got home from work today. Who knows what happened
