Hello guys,
I'm using 3 x Hydra 32HD with a modify David Saxby settings. All thing are doing ok, but I thought I could also use the warm white LED for moonlight during daylight, to enhance a little bit the yellow and pink color of corals. So I did modify the settings to include it.
I was wandering what do you think about running the warm white led for moonlight in the daytime lighting program?
Does it do any harm?
Has anybody experienced this already ?
Any suggestions?

Was thinking of doing the same, did you see any improvement in coloration ?
I have been running for several months now the lighting program with the warm white LED for moonlight and I'm still using it. I can't say if it actively contributed to a better coloration of the corals. But from a visual point of view, the pink color really looks more pronounced.
As blaxsun said above, it really comes down to aesthetics for your viewing enjoyment.
