My set up is as following :

tank - 75 gallon ( standard measurements )
Running a sump

plan for the tank is a clown fish harem tank. So anemones and clownfish.
I recently purchased 2 of these lights and the AI mounting brackets. The mounting is the 49” bar and the 2 side tank mounts. It looks like the lights will be about 10-12 inches off the water.
still waiting on the mounting to be delivered.
I plan to get a par meter and measure par at some point. But I just added water in the tank and still have to cycle.
When I read on AI website there par Reading seem to state 24” above the water.
Am I correct in that assumption?

here is a tip down shot with the old light fixture that came with the tank when I purchased it. I have scrapped the rock in the center of the tank to have 360° swimming area.

I prefer 12 inches off the water. PS try cycling with ammonium chloride from dr tims. It is a lot less nasty than throwing a piece of shrimp in the tank.
