How old is the mp10es? Is this the wireless model?

Not wireless. And the mfg date is in a picture, may 21st 2014. I recently got it from a friend who had it in his tank but went with a gyre instead.

Also, the prices include paypal fees. As a seller I don't feel it is right to make a buyer pay the fees.
