Blinking Blue/Green (alternating)

The device is not configured. The light will be in this state when it is new or after a factory reset. It will be hosting an access point.

Factory Reset

To perform a factory reset on an AI-Fi light, hold the button down on the light for 10 seconds, until the indicator LED flashes red. Upon release the light will reset and reboot; this process will take about a minute. Upon completion, the indicator LED on the light will be alternating blue/green and the light will be hosting a wireless access point. The name of the wireless access point can be found on the light's Quick Start Guide.

And then reset it up from there. Hope this helps!

I do this and dont find the light in iPhone,i have 3 hydra and the software don’t find the hydra with issue

Mine did that and kept doing it and then after 3 resets the driver failed I got red of these lights due to the problems I kept having with them and went back to kessil but I do know if you call ai they will help you
