Oh that's huge! They aren't compatible with a Neptune apex?

That's one of the main reasons I went with the HDS they have their own built in WiFi so there's no need for separate controller's.

They're said to have a 24" spread so two would b fine .

Heads up if u do go that way these lights r very intense..even set low and on coral acclimation its very easy to bleach things out

I heard the lights were very powerful and I had them on low. After some Time I noticed some problem with coral so I invested in a PAR meter(great investment!) and the Coarl were starving for light. Turns out every tank is different and you just don't know.. Also different light are different spectrums for instance I have my blues on 100% my other colors are only 25% I have a PAR reading at the bottom of my tank at 180. Long story short I always wondered and just didn't know till I got PAR meter.
