Hydra 52 help

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a used hydra 52, I am having trouble connecting to my wifi, played with it for almost 2 hrs. I did the 10 second hold on it and nothing..right now the lights looks pink.i also was told it's hd... please help, thank you.

So plugged it back in and it stayed solid red..doesnt respond to anything..if I hold the reset button down it blinks red/green..

ok coming from a AI hydra 52 HD user that does not look anything like a HD, and if it was the original user would have to delete it off their account for it to fully connect. I believe those were the non hd versions that needed a controller to act as a bridge. The same view from mine is completely different.

Ughhh..are you referring to the director?

yea it looks like that model is the non hd version which can be used without the director via manual controls. If you wanted to control it remotely through the AI app you would need the director to act as a bridge.
