The ab+ setting is good (from the link above) and I run something similar to it for the past couple years but I can’t stress the importance of using a PAR meter at first to determine the right level of intensity. I had to dial mine back and aimed for PAR range around 350-400. This has worked best for me and I have over 40 SPS in my tank that have good color and growth. The whites are very intense so watch those levels closely. Literally a 5% bump in them caused my SPS to lighten up, so I dialed them back and the color returned.
