Greetings! I'm new here, and will post my specifics later. However, I just mounted a Hydra 52 over my reef tank. The tank is about a year old & doing fine. LOTS of coral, and it's a mixed-bag of soft to hard coral. My question is, how high should the light be above the water?
I'm new to LED's. I set the lights at 70%, and activated the coral acclimator, so everything is 35% for about 6-weeks. I used to have an Aquatic Life 4 T5 fixture.
How am I doing?
Just need to know about how high to mount it, and if anyone has any "magic" light mixtures that work well for them. Thanks, in advance!
