Hydra 64. Update

So has any one update your light I have a 64 and was wondering if they added anything or took anything away or if it is worth doing?
Mine will not update even since day 1 but my Nero 5 has.

I just have a 16hd but how would you update it? I didn't realize that was a thing...

I sent them a request and they replied back to do hard resetting
