Hey guys. I have the Hydra 52 Non HD 3 of them. One is not powering on. Thought it was the power supply. It’s not. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated to figure out what’s going on.

It’s broken? No one here will be able to tell you what’s wrong, your gonna have to send it to AI or get replacement. Sorry :/

Was working fine. Turned the lights off for a period of time ave this one won’t turn back on. The other two are showing the green in the back next to the port there is one isn’t. Was working fine till now. It’s not the power supply either

Have you tried holding the reset button down while you plug it in? I just had this happen and holding the button in while plugging it in actually worked. But my indicator light briefly flashed when I was plugging mine in.
