Hydra32 Sanity Check

Hey all - received a new Hydra32 the other day. I plugged it in to make sure everything is working after shipping. In the Live Demo mode, I started turning up the intensity of the various LED colours. Noted immediately that the Red and Violet LEDs don’t seem to come on. Here’s a screen grab of the live demo screen with the red and violet set max and then a picture of the light which shows that nothing is on. If I select lights on - then the same thing happens, every LEF is on but the red and violet LEDs do not seem to be working.
Am I missing something, or is this unit not working correctly? I have done a factory reset but the same issues occur.

It does look like the diodes are out. If you want t be double sure you can put it over your tank and in manual mode turn each channel on individually.

If not, call whomever you purchased from. They will probably exchange since you just purchased.
